| Paul, a director, represents commercial clients in state and federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He has more than 25 years of experience advising public and private companies as well as individual clients on all legal aspects of their business. Paul handles contract, business, shareholder, employment and property disputes; environmental remediation matters; and complex litigation. His practice also includes business, corporate acquisition and dissolution matters, such as valuations and real estate transactions. In addition, Paul is an advocate for special-needs children and their families, and has represented them in disputes against school districts.
Paul has been selected every year since 2007 for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers© list, based on a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
