James Harry, an associate, concentrates his practice on general business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts in New Jersey, and state courts in New York. He focuses on representing businesses of all sizes in high-stakes commercial disputes covering a broad spectrum of matters, including breach of contract, product liability, the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, corporate/shareholder disputes and insurance/indemnification.

He also represents individuals in white-collar criminal matters, counsels businesses during federal/state investigations and advises companies on risk-management strategies.
