He specializes in litigating and arbitrating high-stakes business disputes covering a broad spectrum of matters, including breach of contract, product liability, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and New Jersey Franchise Practices Act issues, health care and Third Party Logistics (3PLs), as well as employee piracy and other business torts.
