Asaad, a partner, concentrates on commercial litigation, federal/state investigations and compliance, insurance/indemnification, white-collar criminal law, employment and labor, corporate/shareholder disputes, professional misconduct and attorney ethics. He appears in state and federal court and before arbitration panels in cases ranging from Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters to whistleblower litigation.

Asaad also guides business clients on issues such as corporate governance, best practices, dispute resolution and international transactions.

In addition, he serves as outside counsel to nonprofits and cultural organizations.

Asaad has been quoted in national and state publications about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the judiciary and other legal issues. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been a member of the New Jersey Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board since 2011.

He was included from 2009-2016 on the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars© list, lawyers who are 40 or under, or have been practicing for 10 or fewer years, and have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
